Excellent, professional, and clean. I live in Santa Clartia I called multiple companies and Zion Custom Air was the only one who was able to clearly describe what was wrong with my air conditioning. One of their tech's came out and was able to diagnose my system and gave me a few options to repair or replace my system. We ended up choosing to replace our equipment and now our system is working great. Very happy to find someone who we can trust. Highy Recommend.👍

Stephen came out on a Saturday to get my furnace working. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it, providing heat on a very cold day. He discovered a problem with the propane pressure gauge which I was able to have repaired and came back to adjust the propane flow. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!!

I own a few properties in the area and after reaching out to multiple companies I was pleased to have come across this one. Islam was my point of contact. He was very professional, and knew what questions to ask to create an accurate quote for the installation of a new furnace and duct work. He and his team came in and completed the job with-in a few hours. They stayed around until they were sure the furnace was working correctly. Islam also followed up with me a few weeks later to see how the furnace was running. I have other properties that will need both a furnace and water heater installed. I will most definitely be reaching out to this company as long as the customer service and price remains as good as it currently is.

We had a wonderful 5 star experience with Zion air. We recently moved into a new home and was having decreased air movement in two of the rooms causing them to be warmer than the other areas of the house. Another AC company wanted us to buy a whole new unit however, Stephan suggested increasing the vent size and adding 2 additional return ducts which dramatically improved the air flow in those rooms. My Husband and I are both pleased with the work and outcome!

We have used Zion Air for multiple projects, from small ones like repairing our mini split units to big like crane removing old AC unit and ductwork, and every time Stephen has been a pleasure to work with. We have an upcoming new AC installation (post-redoing our roof) and our quote was reasonable and within budget. Probably the best reason why we've kept working with Zion above any other company is the clear communication and straightforward examination of what's best for our home. I've definitely dealt with AC companies who just hand you an expensive blanket quote without determining my oddly-laid out homes needs. Not every house has a cookie cutter layout, or the most conventional floor plan that's conducive to your average HVAC set up, and I felt that Stephen was thorough by walking through my home and look for the best ways to add additional returns and vents that were making my previous HVAC system struggle. Looking forward to our new updated system and working with Stephen again.

Zion Air is #1 in my book. Honest, professional, excellent communication, and knowledgeable. Being a landlord out of the area, I must rely on vendors to assess the issue and give me an honest opinion of work that is needed. I sent out two vendors they could not get the heater to start and stated the whole wall heater needed replacement at $3K+ (the unit cost is $1,000, so $2K in Labor!?). Stephen went out got it working, verified heating element was not cracked or leaking, and billed a modest repair fee. He said it was an older unit, but working ok. If I ever need a replacement, or repair, Zion Air will have my business! Good vendor!!

I would highly recommend this company. They fixed our AC units when another company just wanted to replace them. Work and pricing were honest. I'd give more stars if I could. Honest to God, I am SO happy with this company. Our air conditioner started making a screeching noise last night, so I shut it off, afraid it might destroy the whole unit if I didn't. We called Zion immediately, and I even messaged them on Yelp because I was so desperate. lol the temperatures have been brutal lately.

When I woke up this morning, covered in sweat, I checked my email and thank goodness they had answered. They set up an appointment with us for this morning, which was fantastic because it's right before the weekend. I was terrified we'd have to go through the whole weekend with no air. But thankfully, they made time for us.

The guys called as promised, and they even showed up early. Both men were so polite and professional. Great people, and they really knew their stuff. They are also reasonably priced. It was our motor that was the problem. Thank goodness they had the motor we needed on the truck. They also checked the whole system and answered questions so nicely.

They have a customer for life here. I'm still so impressed and thrilled they were able to fit us in because I know they were very busy. Everyone's systems crash during the heat waves, right?

I was searching for a good air conditioning and heating company after my older model unit stopped working. I called Zion Custom Air for a quote on a new system. Stephen came out and diagnosed my hvac system and was able to change my thermostat and install a retrofit furnace kit saving me a lot of money, I thought I was going to spend. My hvac system is running great again. My hvac system is an older model so I know I will need a new one in the near future and when I do I'm going straight to Zion Custom Air. Stephen was very thorough when explaining the repairs needed as well as very professional. Thank you Stephen!!

Bought a Mr Cool DYI 2400 btu spit unit . Well , i installed it myself , for a bedroom . Being 65 years old and handy , the install was the easy part ! I turned it on and every 3 minutes the condenser would turn off ! So , the company i bought the unit from said to me - hire a air conditioner repairman . I called " Zion Custom Air" and talked to Stephen . Stephen came over to troubleshoot the air . The circuit board was bad ! Stephen said he will call the company to see whats next . Next - a new condenser is being shipped out to my home . When the new condenser was delivered i called Stephen. He came over and installed the new one . Long story short ---- Stephen is the best AAA++++ , Ingrams water & air equipment / where i bought it from AAA++++ , and Mr Cool / the maker of the 24,000 but spit unit DYI AAA++++ . Side note , Ingrams said to send them the bill from Stephen at Zion and they will pay for it . Mr Cool has a 5 year warranty so Mr Cool will pay back Ingrams / i guess ! Anyway " Very Happy With Zion Custom Air " And Stephen is very clean , with a great personality included ! I would hire him again when needed !

Stephen is absolutely wonderful! I had him come out to do a check up on our AC a couple of months ago, he was quick, professional and reasonably priced.

Fast forward to August, middle of a heat wave, AC stopped working! Returned home from vacation and could not get the temperature to drop below 85. Stephen was able to come out same day and fix a small leak and recharge the system free of charge bc he was just out. Gave him a "tip" bc how fast he was able to get here and his integrity!

Super awesome company will definitely call for all of our AC and heating needs.

Stephen and Zion Custom Air are excellent. I was having issues with my home heating system. While it worked some of the time, the heater wouldn't always kick on properly and I would wake up most mornings to a freezing house. I tried changing out the thermostat but the issue remained. I called Zion and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Stephen was in and out in no time. He immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He even took some extra time to show me how to troubleshoot and better maintain the unit so the issue could be prevented in the future. My experience was fast, pleasant, and best of all, inexpensive. I highly recommend Zion Custom Air and will be referring anyone I know with HVAC issues in the future.

These guys get the job done right!!! I have used many companies out here in the AV and I tell you most of the companies I have seen are a joke. Business owners that come out 3 or 4 times and finally tell me that I need a new unit.

Stephen with Zion came out gave me a clear and clean diagnosis a good fair price and now my air conditioning blows cold again. On top of that Zion also came out to fix my walk in freezer in my restaurant! Now I have a company that I can trust who actually knows what they are doing.

Stephan came out to install my blower motor for my Lenox heater. He is extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to details . He had to rewire and put in an accessory part to get the blower motor to work since I purchased an aftermarket product. The heater is actually using both cycles which it has never done since it was installed 20 years ago. The main board was having problems as well but so far it is still working . When the main board dies I will have him install that. I highly recommend him.

During the summer of 2017 the air conditioning broke. We called a few air conditioning companies to get it repaired. Everyone we called told us that it wasn't worth fixing our old a/c and all they wanted to do was sell us on a whole new system. Some wanted over $10,000 to install. I am so happy that we called Zion Custom Air. One of their techs came out and he was very professional and was able to repair our a/c in under an hour. He had the part in the truck to get it done. Affordable and quality work.

I recently called Zion to inspect an older inoperable home heating unit. Steven came out at the end of the day as promised and conducted a thorough inspection. He identified a few issues and replaced the air filter during his inspection (there was a spare filter in the attic). With a little tweaking he got the heater working again. He charged what he originally quoted on the phone. I was very pleased at that. I'll definitely use Zion again as well as recommend them to others!
